ithehappy
I don't like the product. It's a M60 mouse, dead. Five and half months old. Will apply for RMA this week. Want to know if Corsair refunds money or not? Cause I will probably be selling it anyway. I live in INDIA, so it's better to not 'assume' that I am in US:!:
Toasted
Did you buy it from the Corsair website? If yes, you might be able to get a refund. Contact customer service via phone and ask about it. If you are going to sell the mouse, you need to know that the warranty is non-transferable. ithehappy
No, I purchased it from a local store. They don't even have any Indian site, arrogant company. Never heard about non transferable warranty, but I am not gonna use this garbage in any case.
peanutz94
Sorry , no. They can not refund you money for a purchase not made directly with them. You can have it replaced if you would like though. Whats wrong with it? Never heard about non transferable warranty, but I am not gonna use this garbage in any case. http://www.corsair.com/us/support/warranty/ Corsair provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of Corsair hardware product purchased from an authorized Corsair reseller. Corsair warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. The warranty period will vary by specific product, as identified in your user documentation, on the product package, or as listed in the attached listing of Corsair Warranty Periods. In the event any of these warranty periods differ, the longest specified warranty period will apply.
ithehappy
Sorry , no. They can not refund you money for a purchase not made directly with them. You can have it replaced if you would like though. Whats wrong with it? http://www.corsair.com/us/support/warranty/ Nothing. It's a great product which just doesn't power up with the desktop, and then within four months it could go dead on you, how about that! Anyway I have submitted it for RMA, might get it in 3-4 days time, already purchased and moved on to other brand, so either I am gonna sell this or put it in trash. Thanks Corsair. ithehappy
Corsair Warranty Terms I didn't even have any interest to read that, if they gave more time to the actual product manufacturing rather than some warranty nonsense no one would have cared for warranty. ithehappy
You should read previous posts before commenting in that case. And no sane person looks for a perfect product.
Yellowbeard
I did read your post. You asked if we offer refunds. The answer to your question is given in the link I provided. You've stated you refused to read it. Is there anything else you need?
