Need RMA Help

I RMA'd my H100i Radiator and Pump on RMA 6174073 on 10/4/2013.


I used the chat feature to inquire about the status around 10/18/2013 and was told that the item was on backorder, and expected to arrive on 10/23/2013.


The status remains "Processing", and I submitted a request for the prognosis on the RMA through Ticket 6211609, but have not received a reply or comment on that Ticket.


I am approaching a month without the Radiator and Pump.


Can anyone advise when I might expect to receive the replacement?
