Just noticed my new H100i pump makes noise for a 1 second on every cold start up

is that normal ? it takes 1 second or maybe even half a second for the noise to go

 

my guess is the pump takes a very little time to spin up to full speed on a cold boot and this is the cause of that brief noise , right ? please don't tell me i have to rma again ::pirate::

Mine does this for up to a minute or so. My case isn't normal, but yours may be... though I haven't heard of it.
