Stillglade
My 32 GB Flash Voyager has the exact same issue. The link on sdcard site for the formatter version 4 is a broken zip file on windows so I used a mac but it couldn't detect the drive at all (on windows it shows up as removable and tells me to insert a disk). I assume I should RMA? (On a side note, I have loved this drive most and would still recommend it to anyone else who happens to read this post.)
