rdorian
Hi My new M65 worked fine for 1 week then a few days ago, the vertical tracking started to jump around appearing to snap to the bottom of the screen. Moving the mouse up causes the curser to move slight up then snaps back down to the bottom of the screen. It does this in both windows and the BIOS. I have changed the mouse setting, snap off, refresh rate, etc without luck. I've also updated the mouse firmware, my BIOS, chipset drivers, etc with no change. Also, switched off USB sleep modes and used different mouse tracking surfaces, still no change. I've reverted back to my old mouse just now. Does anyone have any advice? rdorian
I've tried the mouse in my laptop, and got no vertical tracking at all. Put the mouse back in the desktop, and got no vertical tracking at all. Do these mice have two tracking sensors, one vertical and the other horizontal? I've raised a ticket as it looks like the mouse has developed a fault. Ticket #6207288
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 7, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 7, 2013 Have you tried updating the firmware to see if that helps? It looks like your RMA has been approved.
