konstantinov
So I have the SSD Toolbox installed. Since this is my primary drive (I am having trouble grasping why anyone would want their SSD to be a non-primary drive), I can not use secure erase on it. What are my options? Should I get another drive, install an OS on that, format the SSD and then run it? Can I run it somehow from Linux without too much hassle? I've heard of gparted, is it easy to use? Thanks for looking.
Toasted
You can use the bootable USB tool to secure erase the drive in Parted magic. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=87615
