I have a voyager slider, and had allot of trouble with it before (losing my data suddenly about 10 times), but it keeps doing this and I don't trust it at all. At a sudden moment it will prompt me that it wants to be formatted and can't do anything else with it then formatting it. Shall I send it RMA and will they accept it for this issue? And if they will, will my replacement work (have read of more people having this issue)? Maybe someone knows how to resolve this issue another way? Toasted Posted October 27, 2013 Share Posted October 27, 2013 Yes, request an RMA to replace the USB drive. It's faulty. The replacement should work fine as it is usually a new drive.
