RMA number: 6181373 (UPS lost package)

You guys shipped me out my RMA replacement on 10/21 and the UPS tracking system said it would be delivered on 10/25. The package never arrived yesterday so I checked the tracking again. The last activity was a pickup scan on 10/21 and there is no longer a delivery date given. I contacted UPS and they told me I needed to contact the sender of the package and have them initiate a trace. If you guys could check it out and let me know what's going on I'd appreciate it.

Hi froglegs, this is something you would need to talk to CS about. If you can call the toll free number on Monday that would certainly be the best option. They would be able to do that for you right away. You can find the number on the main website page at under company>contact.

 

If not ,log back into your support ticket and post a comment there . It may take a day or so for them to respond that way. Thats why we suggest to call in.
