larez
Hi all, I recently purchased a Corsair 1500 headset. After about a week of usage I started to hear a audio distortion from my right ear piece whenever people talk over VOIP. It sounds like a blown speaker, like theres too much treble and it's vibrating a plastic film, distorting their voices. Upon tapping my ear piece it goes away for awhile. RMA? Hello Larez, It sounds like there could be a loose connection between the speaker. This unit will need to be RMA'ed
