N3ro99 Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Hello everybody , I have a big problem with my SSD , I have made The firmaware update with Corsair SSD Toolbox , all was working like a charm , the update have say 'succes' tha computer rebbot , and after that nothing , the ssd is dead , i can't find it in the bios , i have test with another computer and nothing ... Toasted Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 Unfortunately, if you cannot get the drive to be detected there isn't much you can do. Request an RMA to replace the drive. You can request an Advanced RMA if you need a replacement drive fast. An advanced RMA means Corsair sends you the replacement unit and when you receive it, you send your faulty unit back to them. This requires a valid CC and can only be requested by phone after requesting an RMA. You will only be charged if they have not received your unit in a given time.
