Barbary
I bought a Raptor M30. I stuck it in a USB port. The Corsair light turns on and then off and then nothing happens. The mouse doesn't work. Tried to look for drivers for this mouse but there is nothing on the Corsair website (only drivers for the M40). I went to device manager and checked that every single USB port was updated. I have Windows 7 professional 64 bits running on an ACER aspire 5734Z laptop. Toasted
Have you tried the mouse on another computer? Does it work fine?

Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the mouse if you are still in warranty (Two years) https://corsair.secure.force.com/ Make sure you attach a picture of your invoice as proof of purchase.
