Force 240 Dead & No customer Support

Less than a year ago, I purchased two F240s for a RAID 0 setup and all was great until one of them died during a research paper 2 days ago.


I tried different configurations, tried using different slots and reseating but this thing is dead. I then submitted a trouble ticket early yesterday and despite the 1 business day promise of addressing it, I've gotten no response.


Is there anything I can do to possibly get a replacement? I use a lot of Corsair parts for each of my builds but this is giving me second thoughts for my next SSD choice.
