limfac Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Hi, Less than a year ago, I purchased two F240s for a RAID 0 setup and all was great until one of them died during a research paper 2 days ago. I tried different configurations, tried using different slots and reseating but this thing is dead. I then submitted a trouble ticket early yesterday and despite the 1 business day promise of addressing it, I've gotten no response. Is there anything I can do to possibly get a replacement? I use a lot of Corsair parts for each of my builds but this is giving me second thoughts for my next SSD choice. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
