tontondanyfilth
Hi everyone, I'm posting here because as many customers i'm acoutning issues with my H100i. I plugged the pump to the sata connector and the 3 pins CPU_FAN on my motherboard. The 2 included fans are connected to the pump via the Y cable included in the bundle. The pump is also connected to a USB header with the included cable. Everything worked fine for a few months (except for the noisy fans) but I'm now having issues with this cooler since yesterday. 1) The 2 fans don't spin anymore when connected to the pump. I plugged them directly on my motherboard then. 2)The LED on the pump doesn't work anymore. 3) The H100i isn't recognized nor by my BIOS nor by the Corsair link 2. 4) Finally I noticed some kind of cracks at the connection tubes/pump and pump/radiator. I hope it wont start leaking! According to my CPU temperature, the pump is still working and I can feel the water running through the tubes. I'd like to know what should I do to get it work fine. I'm quite disappointed by this product. I had a H100 (no 'i') (SN 12159403) which had this terrible grinding pump noise. I got it replaced by a H100i (12489434) hopping finally having a product that works well...and it only worked for a few months. Too bad, I thought corsair's products were reliable... Instead, I'm really happy with my obsidian 800D and my corsair vengeance memory but this cooler... Thank's for your help. regards ps: would you please excuse my english mistakes as I'm not currently speaking english

tontondanyfilth
Thank's for your answer. As it's already my second faulty product would corsair do some kind of "courtesy"? As an engineer student I need my computer everyday and sending back again my H100i for RMA meens being "computerless" for a while and I guess quite long...and shiping costs are expensive Plus I'm afraid getting a faulty cooler once again. I'd really like this problem solved for once. Before I request for RMA I'd like to be sure it won't cost me more. I already paid more than 110 euros, thinking buying a nice product. I also need to be sure I wont be without computer Thanks for answering and your help regards
wytnyt
corsair has been known to pay shipping both ways when you have had 2 bad coolers, you may want to ask them about this
tontondanyfilth
Alright, thank's for your answer. Hope it will be this way. For now, I did a RMA request, but as my issue is not in the list, my RMA request turned into a "ask your question". I have a ticket number: 6200120 Hope I'll get a quick answer for this ticket.
