mouse issue

Seriously is this Customer Service some kind of joke? The "Live chat" doesn't connect. I haven't gotten a response from "Corsair Force" for 2 weeks. And here I am going to every length on the forums for my case and STILL not ONE RESPONSE from ANYONE from Corsair. I'm becoming ever more displeased. And my $70 M3 Raptor gaming mouse is ****ED. The scroll wheel is useless. This is despicable customer service in anyone's book and I did NOT expect this from a company whom I held in quite high regard before this instance.
