gabsonuro Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 So i have requested an RMA for my H60, which has recently been making a grinding noise/buzzing noise after about 1.5yrs. Based on what i have read this is a very common problem with the first gen H60. My problem is that, do i really have to box up and ship my broken piece to you? I need to get a cooler within this week by tuesday, and if i can't get something by then i will probably say screw it and just buy a noctua cooler or something from my local store. Is there any way you guys can just send out a fresh H60 to me and have it arrive by tuesday in Toronto, ontario? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And please include the fan(s) that came with the unit originally. You can always ask for an advanced replacement so the only down time you would have would be the time it takes to change the cooler. In all reality, chances of having on by Tuesday would be pretty slim. It takes a couple of days to process the RMA and then shipping time. As long as your unit is cooling fine, the pump noise isn't going to hurt anything...except maybe your ears. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
