solidsnake1607
Hello everyone! I have a new Corsair AX1200i here, i've been using it for a couple of weeks now and i've testing it so far as much as i could. The power it delivers is clean, i have not had any issue with it, the system is running like a dream. No restarts or hangs, really like a charm. But this last week i've monitoring the voltage delivering with HWMonitor The normal voltages it delivers when there is no load are the following: +5V: 5.000 / 5.040 +3.3V: 3.280 / 3.296 +12V: 12.000 / 12.096 When i fully stress the machine i get this: +5V: 4.960 / 5.000 /5.040 +3.3V: 3.248 / 3.280 /3.296 +12V: 11.960 / 12.000 /12.096 Is it ok? The psu works fine, i just want to know if i can trust this PSU i plan to have it for years if it last that long. Thanks in Advance, oh my bad! Im Maximiliano from Argentina, Im new here, very happy with Corsair Stuff! Buying a 750D next month! Love corsair, Nice to meet you guys. Here is a pic of my stuff http://i1314.photobucket.com/albums/t571/maxiordoqui/2013-10-14130451_zps2ffe3fa2.jpg I know this PSU is overkill i just liked how it looks in my setup. peanutz94
Those are only fluctuating a very tiny bit and completely normal when under load. It's pretty hard for any PSu to remain completely dead on. Having said that spec is +/- 5% and you are WELL within those limits. It's all Good! solidsnake1607
Thanks you for your reply. Based in your information then we can say that if the psu delivers the following voltages it is safe? 12V: Between 11,4 and 12,6 5V: Between 5.25 and 4.75 3.3V: Between 3,135 and 3,465 Is this correct?!
