Corsair customer care phone number saying office is closed, when it shouldn't be

Hello,

 

It is 7:40 PDT right now, and above it states the Tech Support department is currently open.

 

However, upon trying to call them numerous times, I am told by an automated message that the office is currently closed, and open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM PDT.

 

Please advise as to when the lines will be open as I need to speak with someone about my RMA.
