Corsair AF 140 broken blade

Hi all!

I'm Ignazio.

Today i'm turned on my PC and after some seconds ( just when Windows started ) i've heard a strange noise, suddenly all my desk started to oscillate. Kinda strange i told my self, so i went to investigate why all this happened. After a while i saw a blade of one of my two AF140 broken. The two fan are mounted on the top of my Corsair Carbide 500r White Ed. with the bundle (case bundle) screw. I bought the two fan on late august and it's really strange the way it broken, it seem like a failure of the plastic because it's broken at the very start of the blade.

 

I'll post some pic to better explain myself (English is not my first language, I'm Italian)

Should i be eligible for a RMA request? I think I should be eligible because my fans have just two months of life.

3 days now, no answer yet. That's sad :(

For reference this is my ticket n. 6197726

 

your rma is handled in the order received so they may be busy but you can check online and find out regarding the status or you can call them and find out.also did you check your spam folder as they have been known to their emails put there

Thanks for the answer fisrt of all.

I always check the spam folder because i had already had this kind of problem ("hey, no email yet!?!" "Check spam and talk again!!" :) ).

Still nothing yet, also i check the online status in the RMA request. i have added comment and picture, also a reference to my OP with the post ID.

Let's wait a little bit more.

Replacing fan arrived this morning! All good! Tonight I will replace it. Thanks to Corsair for the great support! That's one of the reason why I buy your products, the other, and most important one, is the quality!
