versys5 Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 RE: RMA number 6185131 I submitted for an express replacement RMA last Saturday and have not received an email with UPS shipping information; as stated in a confirmation email, it takes 1 business day to ship replacement product. provided CC info for a $400 pre auth hold.
