H100i got leaked!

This is my second H100i, I received this replacement last month September 17, 2013. This unit lot number is 13369432. Apparently my second unit has leaked! Frustrating on my side because it almost hit my video card and motherboard! :eek::mad:

 

I notice that there something liquid on the floor, where my CPU Case placed in. I thought it just a water that accidentally I drop or what. Then when I smell it I know it’s not typical normal water, and I checked it the h100i on my PC. That’s it! I noticed there was a leaked on the tube of my unit.

 

Is there anything that I can refund my money since this is my second replacement unit and I feel bad about that h100i is not good quality for a long run. I’m from Philippines and the cost of shipment of this item is too expensive. :mad:

 

 

Note: My first unit is the pump failure and now I got the leaked unit. Its kind a weird because my unit just run for about 1 month and 3 days. Then I get a faulty unit again! :confused:

Really sorry to see this. Unfortunatly you'll need to talk to CS about this. If you have your previous RMA number handy you can submit a ticket and also ask for a damage claim form for any hardware that may be affected.

 

If at all possible it would be best to call them on Monday and get this taken care of. Don't worry about any shipping costs, they will take core of them for you since this would be your second RMA. Just be sure to ask about it if they don't catch it.

I'm pissed off, I didn't notice your comment and the CS comment in my ticket :(

I already sent the H100i with DHL right now.

 

well, I waste another money about this shipment.

 

They put "Shipping URL" on my ticket. Then I already print it out. Since it's already midnight here in Philippines during I talked and see that attachment lately. Then right now, I checked the "Shipping URL" link on my ticket, it's not available now.

What was that? :(

I dont know about this prepaid label. I also dont know about other process of corsair.

 

I'm hoping that i can refund this shipment, or they will give some other item for a token. :)

They provide a shipping lable to make it easy with every RMA. Just print it off and slap it on. But are not pre-paid.

 

However, it looks like they approved your request for a pre-paid label. It would take a day or so to get that ready. Unfortunately you didn't see it before it was too late.

 

I'm not sure there is anything they can do to re-imburse you for the costs, but it never hurts to ask. I would call them if possible. They are open now, Or just reply to your ticket and see if they can help.
