ThePsych0 Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 Bonjour tout le monde, J'aimerai savoir comment fonctionne le support , car j'ai vu qu'il répondait normalement au RMA du lundi au vendredi, mais j'ai posté ma RMA( qui c'est mise en question d'ailleurs) le dimanche et je n'ai encore rien reçu sur mes mails ni sur le site en lui-même. J'ai également essayé le live chat mais j'ai beau attendre une dizaine de minutes personne ne viens. Voici le message que j'ai envoyé pour la RMA (l'anglais est surement mauvais car j'ai utilisé la traduction de Google): Hello, My headset I bought 8 July 2013, no longer works in sound, in fact I can not hear sound with my headset and I hear a strange sound, like a crackling. I ssay to settle the probème with updated drivers but it did nothing. I also try to change the sound settings windows, same problem. You should also know that my mute button does not work, normally the LEDs turn red, but now they revert blink red and blue. Something new happened now, it seems my computer don't recognize the driver when i plug the USB Thank you to fix my problem. Merci d'avance.
