No reply to Case no. : 6186100

Hi,

 

Hoping someone might be able to help?

 

I raised a ticket using the corsair.secure.force.com but have had no response after 2 business days, the ticket is related to split and perishing pipes on my Hydro H60 purchased in June this year.
