Sujeto_1 Posted October 15, 2013 Share Posted October 15, 2013 Hello, i recieved the Case Corsair AIR 540 with very very short cables, USB 3.0 cant even reach my motherboard 20 pins port (EVGA DARK X79), i wrote Tech support days ago to please send a new set of front panel cables or atleast a USB 3.0 20 pins extention, I have not recieved response yet, i was wondering if some admin on this forum could give me a hand with this issue, im in a hurry, need to use the USB 3.0 front panel. If the case is not listed yet in the RMA form just pick any case and be sure to mention that you have the AIR540 You can also post your case number here too and one of the Corsair employees can fix it for you. Thank you, i did contacted as you said, sent a request RMA for this cable, saddly not response at the moment, thats why i was hoping to find a corsair boy here like Ram Guy or anyother person who can take care of my number, its 6186040 . Regards, RMA Service They took 4 days, but it was like a eternity for me since im currently unable to end my build. But im really pleased with fast response of Corsair, Cooler Master for example took about 1.5 weeks to answer a simple techincal question regarding an item. I was not hurry before but now i am cause my boss ask me to finish a project, and i need to finish my computer. Sujeto please don't create multiple tickets. It will only serve to confuse the system and possibly even take longer. Once the cables are in stock they will update your original ticket with shipping info and tracking information. You can also respond to your ticket at any time to ask for updates or questions. UPS is attempting to obtain the entire address and complete the delivery UPS will contact the sender and/or receiver regarding the status or disposition of this package ", I stated my adress as clear as possible in the Ticket, i cannot understand how Corsair could wrigth the adress incomplete. UPS ask for further actions: " If you are the receiver, please provide the correct shipping address to the sender. If you are the sender, please select the Change Delivery button and provide the correct shipping address to UPS ".
