haz633
I have recently purchased a Force LS SSD and I cannot get it to read in the OS or in the BIOS. I have a feeling it is because my system is old, any ideas? Thank-you in advance.
Toasted
It is possible the chipset on your motherboard is not compatible with the SSD. You can check if you have the latest BIOS as that may help.
peanutz94
If this is for the MB you have listed in your drop-down specs, it's not compatible with that board.
haz633
Yeh, I have the P5N-D... Oh well, it is a nice excuse to get another computer XD
Yellowbeard
If you have the option, try the SSD in another system. However, your MOBO may be the problem. The Nvidia chipsets are not fully AHCI compliant and have been problematic with many different SSDs.
