Exiled_Dbl
Hey guys, Uhm let me start off by saying i love this Headset (other than its one issue) i own a corsair H100 on my pc build and a M90 as well as a corsair TX750 v2 PSU i love corsair alot always have but a while ago my corsair vengeance 2000's cracked exactly where everyone else's has and even my buddie has the 2000's as well and his cracked and he had to RMA. Now what my question is i know call me stupid for this laugh whatever it may be. but when mine cracked at first i just wanted to game and didnt wanna have to have no headset for a while, while i waited on RMA so i used a bit of JB-weld to seal the cracks and it worked for a while but not even that has held them together now i know it may be stupid to ask if its still even possible to RMA? i have all the paper work and dongle etc to send back if i was even able to RMA all im asking is if its even possible for me to get some kind of warrenty here since nothing ive tried has worked, anyways thanks guys! Toasted
Not sure if you can replace it but its best to contact customer service via phone and explain your issue. They may replace the headset for you. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number which is on their website.
Evan20x
I would hope Corsair can still replace the headset for you since this problem is on their end obviously because it appears to be a widespread problem amongst many and this is a bit disappointing that the cracking forced you to JB weld it. Hope the best for ya.
