However, I can't make an RMA because there are no search results for the product number. The product number is :- CMY16GX3M2A1866C9 Help please! Request the RMA again but instead select any available part number by clicking the magnifying glass. Once a part number is selected, input the "My problem is not listed" option and enter in the correct part number in the problem description (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9.) Please let me know if this helps and a TS rep should receive your ticket and have it processed within 2 business days.
