Can't request RMA - Product number not on record

Hi,

 

I've a 1866MHz 2x8GB kit of Vengeance RAM. One of the sticks is faulty and has multiple errors under testing with Memtest86+.

 

However, I can't make an RMA because there are no search results for the product number.

 

The product number is :- CMY16GX3M2A1866C9

 

Help please!

Hello,

 

Yes, sometimes our support system can be a bit buggy. Request the RMA again but instead select any available part number by clicking the magnifying glass. Once a part number is selected, input the "My problem is not listed" option and enter in the correct part number in the problem description (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9.)
