Maxim30
Hello, my Corsair Flash Voyager GTR 64 GB yesterday has become not working/usable at all  showing only the blue led repeatedly and quickly flashing even when I power off the Windows 8 PC; it stops blinking only at powerline off. The Flash Drive can not be accessed then not be formatted or be suitable for other operations, and Windows seems to have been reloaded its drivers showing now in its Properties Panel a "XXXXXXXX U168Controller USB Device" driver and showing in MyComputer a generic disk drive icon :(:. The Flash Voyager has been always connected to the PC, by its Corsair blister case provided USB cable, 24/24 hours without fault for a few years since it was given me by Corsair. The PC is on for almost 8-10 hours per day. I also have other two working Corsair Flash Drives, the former Voyager 8 GB since more years than the GTR 64 and the latter Voyager GT 128 GB 3.0 since months in this year, both also connected 24/24 hours to the same PC in the same way with USB cables as stated above; but they are not presenting faults :). Could the Voyager GTR 64 fault be recovered ? Greetings and Thanks Massimo
Toasted
Have you tried the flash drive on a different computer? If you cannot format the drive, Request an RMA to replace the drive. I think they have a 10 year warranty.
Maxim30
Hello, I have tried on another PC I have and the Flash Drives presents the same issues , then I can not yet access it neither format nor other else, only it flashes/blinks the blue led repeatedly without stopping :(:. Perhaps to try, is there a tool to rewrite the Flash Drive firmware ? Greetings and Thanks Massimo
Toasted
There is a really old firmware update that was released, you can try that but it may not work. http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91444 If it doesn't work, request an RMA to replace the drive. Maxim30
Hello, in fact I have tried to run that tool to update the Flash Drive firmware and it has not worked giving error messages like "unsopported device" or so. Then should I now think to try to open a RMA request ? Greetings Massimo

Maxim30
Hello, right. For this, I have already received a reply with a RMA# from Corsair Support last 14th and on yesterday 15th I have sent back the Flash Drive to Corsair Returns Department; currently it is about to leave the Country for destination.
