jarduini Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Hi, im having a problem with my new ssd Corsair Force GS 240GB. I have a Notebook Dell N7010 when i start from a shutdown the disk is ok in the bios, the problem is when i reboot de machine, then the bios don´t recognize the disk and i have to shut down the notebook and start again to enter windows 7. i have the last bios update of the notebook. jarduini Posted October 11, 2013 Author Share Posted October 11, 2013 Hi Toasted, thanks for the answer, i have tried to disconnect the disk and connect it again with no luck, i have to try disassembly the sata cable in the notebook to check if the sata cable is ok. The strange thing is that with the original disk of the notebook works ok i can reboot, shutdown etc.. but with this one the problem is only with the reboot option. jarduini Posted October 14, 2013 Author Share Posted October 14, 2013 Toasted, problem solved!! i changed de intel driver for the Microsoft Generic Driver of the controller and that´s solved my problem. I have same problem on cloned SSD Disk Force GS 240GB, i uninstalled Intel SATA Control driver and install Microsoft Standard SATA Controller driver but there is still problem.
