Erikniemi
Well as the title state I got problems with my headset, I bought this headset 6 months ago and I have been satisfied thus far but a few days ago the right speaker stopped working as good as the left one. If I press my palm on the right speaker is works a bit better for a while but I don't think that is acceptable. So now I wanna know what I should do, should I send it back and how am I suppost to do this? I have read the thread about it but I didn't really understand how I'm suppost to get my rma number. Many thanks in advance.
Erikniemi
Also if I do get to replace it is it possible to upgrade it to the 2100's? Since they seems to be more sturdy and are in the same price class as the 2000's.
Administrators Technobeard Posted October 10, 2013 Administrators Share Posted October 10, 2013 Please fill out an RMA request - http://corsair.force.com It's not possible to upgrade an RMA replacement. All items are replaced with the same part number.
