4D7
Ram Guy, Has your lab created a fix for the group of us that have pseudo working coolers? aka Brain Dead. Fans Work Pump Works LED Not working Corsair Link cannot detect the unit No way to control the unit in LINK, it is not listed. Cannot flash firmware because LINK does not detect the unit. Have tried every USB header, even external to a laptop with a new software installation, it could not detect. This was a "working" unit prior to a simple firmware update that Corsair released. There must be some way of doing a low-level reset. Thanks in advance.

You need to have the uSB dongle RMA'd. That should fix your connection issues.
4D7
By dongle, do you mean the USB cable? I have tried a variety of other micro USB cables with no resolve besides, a firmware update would not damage a dongle. There has to be a way we can reset the controller in the pump. 4D7
Anyone else have any suggestions besides an RMA? The cooler works - But the software is useless.
4D7
Windows 7 here. That is a great fix for Windows 8 though - makes me wonder if something similar has happened to Windows 7.
