color1978 Posted October 6, 2013 Share Posted October 6, 2013 I bought AX1200I and was happy when it arrived to come find out sometimes computer turns on like it should and sometimes it does not did trouble shooting with the power supply to find out the 24 pin cable that what the issues towards the power supply connection not the motherboard connection... I pulled the power supply out of the case and unplugged the 24 pin and made sure it was lined up towards the power supply and plug it in till it click and tested the power supply again out of the case same thing some times it will turn on and sometimes it will not... any ideas what to do about this? thank you for your help... Power supply test hooked to another fan with paper clip the fan inside power supply unit spins the other fan hooked up did not spin at all the fans are new order the fans from Corsair in the past few weeks...
