CaliLife17
So i have been troubleshooting why my computer will randomly restart when any load is put on my GPUs. Turns out one of the PCIe cable input slots on the AX1200i is actually loose, and not completely flush with the others. I noticed the cable was not all the way in, and taking a close look, the actually connection on the PSU side is loose and doesnt seem to fit perfectly. After plugging in the cable into a different PCIe expansion slot on the PSU, so far i have been able to put the GPU under full load and no restarts. 2 questions. 1.) will this be covered under warranty? I have only plugged the cables in once to it, i have not been plugging and unplugging a bunch of times. 2.) if it is covered, how is the RMA handled? obviously i don't want to be without a PSU, so do they send you a new one and u send it back, or do i have send this one back first? i really don't want to be without a computer. During the process will have a chance to choose an "express RMA" where they will cross ship you another PSU.

I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it kept restarting. Quick question, where do i find the lot code? is it on the PSU unit itself or the box?
