Sindication
Hello, I think I might have a problem with my psu, I was gaming earlier today and my system powered off for a moment and powered back up, after a few more minutes it did the same thing but it continued to power on and off about 2 to 3 times in intervals of about 2 seconds. I shut off my system and unplugged all the psu cables to do a self test and it passed, but then when I plugged everything back in and powered up the system, the self test light lit up red and the system wouldn't power up. I flipped the switch on the psu on and off and powered up the system and it passed the self test and has been running with out any problems for about 30 minutes. I've got no clue if it will continue this pattern or not and if the AX1200i is causing this to happen, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Sindication
It started doing it again after I turned it back on, about 20 minutes after being on it powered off and on. Is there anyone that can help me with this? Should I RMA the psu?
peanutz94
Sindication, Corsair is closed on the weekends. Hence the lack of response from an employee. But yes, you should RMA the PSU . Please use the link on the left to request an RMA. BTW how old is your unit?
