LongRoadHome Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 Or rather I did order a RM550 PSU from the Corsair webstore (http://www.corsair.com/us/power-supply-units/rm-series-power-supply-units/rm-series-rm550-80-plus-gold-certified-power-supply.html). I know some of the other wattaged units are back ordered but the page for the RM550 plainly states that units for the RM550 are available but it's been over a week now and no shipment. I've tried going through the customer service email but but three days have have passed and I've not gotten a reply (and yes I did check my spam box). I couldn't even select the correct family of PSU's because the RM series hasn't even added to the list of options they make you pick when setting up a ticket. Needless to say this is all very frustrating. I've got everything except for the PSU for my build just sitting around waiting. So I guess my questions are: 1) Are units actually available or is it going to be a month before it ships? and 2) Can I just cancel the order and try something else out?
