TriNeaX
So, after browsing several forums and not coming up with anything I thought it was time to ask here. About a week ago my F1, F3 and Return button were no longer lighting up. I tried plugging it into my laptop, my other desktop PC, different USB's, changing the switch from BIOS to 1 and so forth, and nothing has worked. I now have 36 buttons that no longer light up / are dimly lit. Toasted
You can request an advanced RMA (Submit an RMA first) by calling customer service via phone if you do not have a backup keyboard. An advanced RMA will require a valid CC. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
