Is my H100i eligible for RMA?

I have a Corsair H100i bought in the Philippines and located in the Philippines, got it in July. I have the original invoice.


Here are the symptoms and issues.


  • Pump noise on startup but goes away after a few seconds
  • Upon firmware update Corsair link no longer detects it and the LED on the pump/block has gone off
  • Missing Intel mounting screws


And another H100i... Bought it in the states from Fry's in May, got the original invoice, and it's now in the Philippines.


Here are the symptoms and issues.


  • Fan Controller and LED suddenly stopped working.
  • It's a return unit from a RMA. ( second H100i now )
