djbohdan
Had something weird happen to me yesterday late night. My fans decided to go full blast on me and nothing would change. Didn't have time to fiddle with it so went to sleep. Today i discovered that the cooling node is not showing up in corsair link and had some very weird stuff going on in Link as multiple badge icons were appearing for fans, cpu temp, pump temp, pump speed, etc. The speeds of my fans were a bit glitchy/jumpy the past month, but didnt pay much attention to it. I got Corsair link v2.4.5065 So is my cooling node went bye bye? I connected my rad fans to the pump and everything is working just fine, well besides the Commander not registering the H100i, but i got it connected to a USB instead of the Commander Unit. http://i44.tinypic.com/2mdp9if.png
Toasted
Have you tried a different LINK Digital cable and port? Have you tried reinstalling the software? The H100i needs to be on updated to FW 1.07 as that adds Commander Unit support. Read the thread notes before you update the FW.
djbohdan
Yup I tried all of what you stated before coming here. Was fiddling with it some more today and noticed that under firmware update it says Unidentified Node. So I'm guessing it bricked on me didnt it? Only had it for like 4 months and now i hear the node is on EOL :wtfman:...... Man this really sucks :brick: I was looking for the H100i 1.07 FW but couldn't find anything about it. The firmware is not under downloads in the H100i product section. Some third party websites seem to have the firmware. but still cant find any notes. Toasted
You can find FW1.07 here http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118867 As for the unidentified node, you can install an early version of the LINK 2.X.X software and attempt to update/reflash the firmware. If you do, i'd suggest you unplug all your other nodes apart form the working one before trying it. Its not a 100% guarantee but its something you can try. Toasted
Did you leave the H100i connected via the USB cable or did you plug it into the Commander unit?
