I was wondering if anyone here could assist me with this.


I created the above RMA Request on Sunday evening (GMT) in regards to my memory modules producing errors in memtest.


I selected Express RMA but for some reason my card was rejected when setting up the payment. I got a message saying that because of this, the RMA would be treated as a Regular one, rather than Express.


This is fine, however, I have been informed by my bank that the money for the Express RMA has been taken from my account.


As of yet, I have still not received any update to my RMA request. I'm sure I'm being too hasty here as I did create the request on a Sunday and its only Tuesday (not even start of business for you PDT guys!).


Any info on a turn-around time or progress for this would be great.
