eatmetoyota
So for whatever reason, Corsair Link was no longer able to control the fans on the H100i. Both fans would show 0 rpm even though they were spinning. After reboot, the fans don't even register in the Corsair Link Screen. This is unbelievable, not only is the performance worse than the H2O 620, I have absolutely no control over the fans. And yes, I reset Bios, used uninstall, reinstall and even used system restore. Nothing worked. http://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae130/eatmempaa/corsairidle_zps715fd5d8.jpg http://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae130/eatmempaa/systemspecs_zpsd53ee843.jpg

Ahtlon
Do you have RPM version of the fan's or the 3pin version, which windows do you use, which firmware do you have on the H100i.
Ahtlon
The h100i isn't showing in the link Software, so I Think that Link software has a problem, did you installed the latest one or a older one of link, are you using windows 8, Link works with windows 8 but there are some people that have problems with it and one of them is that link doesn't show or detect the H100i. Did you updated the Firmware, if so did you updated it like it said on top of the forum, which firmware do you use, the 1.05 is the one I use, the 1.07 is when you have problems with the link commander. eatmetoyota
Do you have RPM version of the fan's or the 3pin version, which windows do you use, which firmware do you have on the H100i. Fans have 4 pins. I'm unable to retrieve the firmware version because Corsair Link no longer sees any of the H100i components. The h100i isn't showing in the link Software, so I Think that Link software has a problem, did you installed the latest one or a older one of link, are you using windows 8, Link works with windows 8 but there are some people that have problems with it and one of them is that link doesn't show or detect the H100i. I'm running Windows 7. Corsair Link worked for about half an hour. It was controlling fan speeds fine. It was shortly after I had it in performance mode when both rpm values for the fans went to zero even though the fans were still running. When I rebooted, all 3 components of the H100i no longer appeared in Corsair Link. I performed multiple system restores, reinstalled Corsair Link, and I even performed a fresh install of windows 7 on a spare HDD I had. Nothing would make the Corsair Link detect the H100i. Request an RMA and ask them for just the USB dongle. That should get you back up and running.
