I am pulling my hair out trying to get a rebate and I was just told by customer support over at rebatesHQ that because I bought two items that had rebates, it is impossible to get them both.

You see, by their logic you have to send the original receipt (which I did) but the original receipt can only be applied to one item and because I don't have another original receipt for the other item, the rebate is invalid (even though I printed off a second copy of the receipt for that item).

‎11‎:‎28‎:‎41‎ ‎AM : Lili: You didn't meet the requirements because you didn't send the original receipt for both items, I'm sorry you didn't purchase them separately but let me explain you this again, we have 2 different promotions that means 2 different departments, 2 separate instruction forms requesting for receipt, nowhere on the form says that you can send one receipt if you have purchased 2 items for different promotions. Each promotion needs an original receipt as there is no receipt for this invalid rebate it will remain invalid.

I was told there is nothing I can do to get the rebate because I do not have another original receipt even though both rebate items are on the original receipt.

I just purchased Corsair RAM, a Corsair case and a Corsair power supply and I was just about to go out and get a Corsair keyboard, mouse and Cooler - but that is off the table at this point. I want no part of this "gotcha" customer service.

I don't care if Corsair pushes these rebates to a third party. In the end, it is their name on the products and if they allow these ridiculous technicalities to leave their customers in the lurch, in the end it is to their detriment.

TL;DR: Don't purchase multiple Corsair products at the same time with rebates as you won't get the rebates on a technicality.
