essenbe
Couls someone please tell me who Corsair uses for a carrier for RMA's. I received an email saying my 1200i had been shipped with a tracking number of SHK4255185, but did not tell who the carrier is. I would just like to track it. I've tried every way I know how to find out, but no joy. Thanks for any help. The unit I sent in was functioning fine, but had to RMA it for other reasons. Reedy
They sent my PSU back via UPS in the last couple of weeks. That doesn't look anything like a UPS tracking code though. If you view your ticket on https://corsair.secure.force.com, there should be a "Ship-to Tracking Information" field. Code should be something more like 1Z762E3R0000000001
essenbe
That's what I thought, but that's not a UPS tracking number, plus, I tried it and UPS does not recognize it.
peanutz94
You would need to call in and talk to CS . They would be able to tell you for sure. Sorry, this is something that can't be handled here in tech support. But yes, UPS is usually who they use. If you have just received your email within the last day or so chances are that number is not in the system yet and why it can't be tracked. Products are listed as "shipped" once the label has been created and it is on it's way to UPS. Not that UPS already has it and it's on it's way
Administrators Technobeard Posted September 27, 2013 Administrators Share Posted September 27, 2013 essenbe - I don't recognize it either. I found your ticket and asked customer service to send you the correct tracking ID. We ship back RMAs via UPS.
