Reedy
So after having my AX850 fail on me (pc wouldn't start up on first few attempts), I RMA'd that before going away for work. Fast forward a couple of weeks (ie to today) and I got round to fitting the replacement power supply after returning on the weekend. After a few minutes on my computer is now turning off completely. Feeling the cooling block of my H100 and it's almost too hot to touch (fans attached to rad were running fine when on). Left the PC off for a while and came back to it. It would boot and after a few minutes turn off again. On one attempt I got the Corsair Link app open and it showed the pump to not be working. I tried the steps on http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=99361 to reset the firmware. There was an intermittent vibration that could be felt on the pipes between the cooling block and the radiator. Still turning off. Anything else I can try to debug/reset the cooler? Or am I going to have to RMA my H100 aswell back? :(
peanutz94
Sorry Reedy, , yes, your going to have to RMA it. There really isn't anything else you can do and even updating the FW isn't going to help a unit that has other wise been functioning correctly until now. Really, these units are simple in design , there is only so much that can go wrong with them.
Reedy
Yay, Computers. Funny how being off for 3 weeks can apparently break something...
