Top Filter on C70 case???

I cleaned the inside of the case a few days ago and started wondering about putting a filter on the outside top of the case (the H110 radiator seemed to be getting pretty dusty). I laid 2 sheets of dryer cloth over the intake holes and noticed the fan speed dropped about 30-35 RPM. Nothing significant and temps are great, but I'm wondering why a filter would slow the fans?

Regular computer filters are made from a much more coarse material that still traps dust but isn't restrictive. Check out a company called Demci flex. They make filters for most cases and if not they will even make custom sizes for pretty reasonable prices.

Couldn't find a retailer who sold just the top filter, but had noticed on the Demcifilter website that they sold the top filter separately for $12.98 or so. I went ahead and ordered it from them, and now have an estimated wait of 3 weeks. BTW, shipping (mail) was another $12 plus .

Might have been better off buying the whole set from a U.S retailer for $60, lol.
