RAM Memory warranty.

Hey guys,

 

So what happened is that one of my RAM sticks suddenly broke, it just is faulty, the PC would not start if it is with the other stick. I've got 2x4GB corsair ddr3 ram, so heres my question. I contacted the customer service, alright they sent me the adress where to send my faulty ram so they can replace it, and heres my question. If only one stick is faulty do i need to send both of them or just the faulty one? They are normally bought in one pack as 8GB. If i send them both of them I'll have no acces to my PC for the next month or so, until it gets to corsair, and ships to me.

I am sorry but you will need to send both modules, I would suggest calling our customer service and with your credit card in hand request an Advanced RMA so you can get the replacement before you send the modules that are failing.,
