MAGNEZ Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 Hey guys, So what happened is that one of my RAM sticks suddenly broke, it just is faulty, the PC would not start if it is with the other stick. I've got 2x4GB corsair ddr3 ram, so heres my question. I contacted the customer service, alright they sent me the adress where to send my faulty ram so they can replace it, and heres my question. If only one stick is faulty do i need to send both of them or just the faulty one? They are normally bought in one pack as 8GB. If i send them both of them I'll have no acces to my PC for the next month or so, until it gets to corsair, and ships to me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
