GodforSaken Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 Hello guys, I just got a brand new PC, with the H100i cooler i ran the corsair link and everything seems to be running as it should, i only have one qustion my corsair link drive temp shoes me 99c and im assuming by drive it means my SSD? and if yes then that's not possible because my SSD doesnt even warm up even under heavy load. is this some kind of glitch or bug in the software maybe? please advise guys.. GrahamB Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 My Samsung Evo 840 SSD shows it's temp as a difference from 100, though it said this in the description Link provided. I have no idea if something like this applies to your SSD though. When I updated to 2.4.5065 of Link It did start showing drive temps for HDD's that had not appeared before so something has changed in this area as well. No idea if it would help your problem. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 24, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 24, 2013 That is not an issue and will happen from time to time on some drives SSD and HDD Alike. it is a SMART issue that will be resolve in a future version of the software or the drives firmware.
