Ticket 6119870 Request for RMA

Hi guys,

I submitted a ticket (#6119870) following RAM Guy's helpful post in response to my problem and have been waiting for a response from Customer Services since the 18th September.

 

Can you guys follow up and just let me know what's going on.

Thanks RAM GUY!

 

Quick question - I've received an E-Mail with the postage label etc, but on my ticket the Customer Support person has asked me to include a receipt of purchase before he can approve it. I don't think I have a receipt anymore. What should I do? (I've asked them but still no answer)
