Smitty1793
So I recently purchased an M65 and have been enjoying it for the past month and a half. Has been working fine until now. I powered on my PC today and the mouse seems to power on but only the DPI adjustment LED stays dimly lit. I also don't get any response from input (clicking/moving). I tried every USB port on my PC and Laptop to no avail. Whenever I plug it in the LED under the scroll wheel would flash on then off. I also tried reinstalling the mouse software. As I said I've really been enjoying this mouse so far having own a RAT7, G700, and G9X before it, hoping to get this sorted.
Toasted
If you can, try reflashing the firmware and see if that helps. If it does not help, request an RMA to replace the mouse.
Smitty1793
When trying to flash the firmware the firmware updater fails with the message "Set firmware update mode failed!" I am thinking it the mouse itself that is the issue having tried it on 3 different computers. It is detected and shows up as Corsair M65 on all 3 but there's no response from input. Looks like I'll be filling out that RMA request.
