CptDisturbed
Hello, I have a corsair vengeance 2000, and I cannot seem to find out how to enable 5.1 surround. The guide above is for the old drivers, and does not seem to help me out. Anyone can tell me how to do it? Thanks.
Toasted
What OS are you using? If its Windows 8.1, There is currently an issue with changing the format. 2.0 works while 5.1 and 7.1 don't. What Driver version are you using?

Toasted
Right click the Speaker Icon>Playback Devices>Click the V2000 headset>Configure and select 5.1 Surround. Does it help?
CptDisturbed
Did that, but the Corsair Headset Control Panel still says: Now playing 2.0 Stereo. And both icons (Dolby Prologic and the headset thing including the power button) are greyed out.
Toasted
Don't worry about that, Click the big power button and it will change to 7.1 Surround even if 2.0 Stereo or 5.1 Surround is enabled.
