Morning

 

I posted a RMA Ticket #6118160 regarding a faulty PSU. I phoned my supplier and they said i need to get a number from yourselves before they would take the PSU back.

 

I have waited and not had a response. Currently i have no PC and have to use a friends PC which is a Inconvenience. I understand that you must be busy, but i really need my PC.

 

Please could you help.

Thanks for the reply. I recieved the e-mail on the 18th and received nothing since even thou it says i should get a reply within 1 working day.

 

I can't call them as i live in the UK, so need someone to look into this cause my computer is standing without a PSU.
