I phoned my supplier and they said i need to get a number from yourselves before they would take the PSU back. I have waited and not had a response. Currently i have no PC and have to use a friends PC which is a Inconvenience. I understand that you must be busy, but i really need my PC. Please could you help. When did you submit your ticket?It may take a couple of days for the actual RMA number to be assigned. Alternately you could call them by phone and they may be able to assist you that way. I recieved the e-mail on the 18th and received nothing since even thou it says i should get a reply within 1 working day.
