I was emailed and informed the one would be sent to me. It has now been > 2 months and it has not arrived... What should I do now? Please help, I still (very badly) need a new H110 Intel back plate!! Was promised 2 new fans 5 months ago and never received them, I ended up buying new fans! I just 3 days ago cancelled that ticket that has been open for months! I checked my ticket from 2 months ago and see that there was an issue with my shipping address and they asked for a different one.. That is completely my fault! Dave, I couldn't find your support account (checked under your forum email address). What's the ticket number? I'd like to find out what happened.
