What to do about H110 back plate issues?

Hello, I followed your instructions and created a support ticket back in September. I was emailed and informed the one would be sent to me. It has now been > 2 months and it has not arrived...

 

What should I do now? Please help, I still (very badly) need a new H110 Intel back plate!!

Was promised 2 new fans 5 months ago and never received them, I ended up buying new fans!

I just 3 days ago cancelled that ticket that has been open for months!

Seems I am need to take the blame here. I checked my ticket from 2 months ago and see that there was an issue with my shipping address and they asked for a different one.. That is completely my fault! I have now responded and given Corsair an alternate address. I really hope they send that back plate ASAP!
